DS support was sparse this E3, but we still got 3 good announcements.
Kirby Mass Attack (known as Atsumete! Kirby in Japan) was announced and dated at E3 this year. Kirby Mass Attack focuses on controlling multiple Kirbys at once. It looks fun and will be released September 19th.
Professor Layton and the Last Spector was also announced at E3. This Layton adventure is a prequel to the series set 3 years before the Curious Village. It brings back what you’ve come to expect from a Layton game, hard puzzles and great cut scenes. Although the release date is TBA, it should arrive soon.
Lastly, to celebrate Zelda’s 25th anniversary, it was announced that Zelda: Four Swords will be coming free to the DSi shop this September. Not much is known, except for the fact it will feature multiplayer. It’s nice to see things coming free to Nintendo’s virtual stores.
That’s it for the DS announcements, some good stuff in there to prove that the DS isn’t done yet.
